Insurance

We provide direct billing with most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage please do not hesitate to call the office to further assist you.

Payment Options

If you do not have full dental coverage, we do ask for the portion not covered by your dental plan to be paid at the time of your visit. We will let you know of your dental coverage before your appointment to confirm coverage details with your insurance carrier.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash as methods of payment.
